Sanjiv Sethi - Solicitor
Sanjiv graduated from the Delhi University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in 1986. After gaining several years experience, Sanjiv set up his own law firm in 1992, specialising in banking and finance. Sanjiv successfully ran his firm until January 2006, when he immigrated to Australia. Sanjiv joined the team at Michael Paterson & Associates in May 2006.
In addition to his extensive practice in his home jurisdiction, Sanjiv has significant local experience in:
(a) estate planning;
(b) commercial disputes;
(c) contractual disputes;
(d) property law; and
(e) debt recovery,
