Kellie-Marie Woods - Solicitor
Kellie graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2006 and commenced her employment at Michael Paterson & Associates as a Law Clerk in January 2007. Kellie has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, was admitted as Legal Practitioner in Western Australia in December 2007 and finished her restricted practice on 2 January 2010. Kellie is also admitted to practice as a Legal Practitioner in Victoria.
During her time at Michael Paterson & Associates, Kellie has obtained a wide range of litigation experience, including:
(a) acting as instructing solicitor in:
(i) debt recovery litigation for small finance companies;
(ii) personal property disputes in the Magistrates Court; and
(iii) bankruptcy proceedings in the Federal Court, and
(b) acting as representation in the Building Disputes Tribunal and the State Administrative Tribunal.
Kellie enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and relaxing as much as possible. She also enjoys keeping fit and playing social netball. She enjoys watching sport, especially cricket and AFL football, and spending time in the Garden, when she is not spending time with her husband.
