Enduring Powers of Guardianship
Enduring Power of Guardianship ("EPG")
From 15 February 2010 it is possible to have an EPG prepared. Enduring Powers of Guardianship will allow the enduring guardian to make lifestyle and medical treatment decisions as well. However, unlike an EPA an EPG only comes into force if you become mentally incapable of making reasonable decisions about your own lifestyle. We recommend having both an EPA and an EPG.
